\nTHE ROLE
\nAs the Recruitment Manager, you will lead the firm’s recruitment strategy and delivery across all practice areas and support functions. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with Partners, Hiring Managers, and HR colleagues to ensure the team hire the very best.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n• Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies for fee earners, business services, and graduate roles
\n• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build strong talent pipelines
\n• Manage and enhance employer branding initiatives and candidate experience
\n• Oversee agency relationships and negotiate favourable terms
\n• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, diversity targets, and legal standards
\n• Work and communicate well with the existing team.
