The Role Working alongside the New Car Sales Manager, you will lead the Used Car operation and play a key role in the overall performance of the sales department. You’ll manage a successful team of 8 Sales Executives, driving results while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience and brand compliance. You will be responsible for: * Driving used car sales performance and profitability * Stock acquisition, appraisals, and part-exchange valuations * Supporting the sales team with coaching, structure, and daily direction * Ensuring adherence to manufacturer and brand standards * Maximising finance and manufacturer promotions * Working closely with the New Car Sales Manager to deliver site-wide targets You’ll also benefit from strong on-site support, including a Business Manager who will focus on deal structure and finance conversion, allowing you to focus on leadership, performance and stock strategy.
