Regent Construction is seeking a Junior Office Administrator to join our head office team in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills in a professional environment and grow within a leading construction company.
What you'll be doing
* Be the first point of contact – greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling enquiries professionally
* Provide day-to-day admin support across the business (photocopying, filing, scanning, emailing, and data entry)
* Assist project teams with document management and organisation of site records
* Manage incoming and outgoing post, ensuring smooth distribution
* Maintain office supplies and support the running of office facilities
* Help with meeting and event organisation, including preparing documents and refreshments
* Learn construction administration processes such as project filing, health & safety documents, and contract support (training provided)
* Carry out routine office duties as required
What we're looking for
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong organisational skills and good time management
* A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* A team player who can also work independently
