Key Responsibilities
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders through regular engagement.
 * Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
 * Drive contract renewals, identify growth opportunities, and protect recurring revenue streams.
 * Mediate feedback between clients and internal teams to improve service delivery.
 * Inform clients about new products and services, offering personalized suggestions.
 * Collaborate with marketing on client campaigns and communications.
 * Identify new business opportunities and consult with prospective clients.
 * Manage procurement activities including issuing sales orders and responding to invoice inquiries.
 * Support clients with compliance requirements such as GDPR and cybersecurity standards.
What We’re Looking For
 * Current or recent experience in B2B account management or client services.
 * Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is highly desirable.
 * Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
 * Confidence in discussing pricing and financial data.
 * Proactive, client-focused, and results-driven with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
 * Familiarity with IT systems and managed services.
