Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of our training SaaS solutions across the EMEA region. This is a high-impact role suited to a strategic sales professional with strong experience in training solutions, aviation security (AVSEC), and regulatory-led sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a robust sales strategy across AVSEC and non-AVSEC market verticals to consistently achieve sales targets.
Identify, engage, and convert high-value opportunities, including C-suite and government stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, airports, civil aviation authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Lead bid and tender responses, ensuring alignment with regulatory and funding requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor to aviation regulators, aligning solutions with evolving compliance frameworks.
Articulate the value of Rapiscans training and SaaS solutions to diverse stakeholders.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
Provide accurate forecasts and reporting to senior leadership.

Candidate Requirements
Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional European language is highly desirable.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in selling training solutions.
Minimum of 5 years experience in AVSEC training with strong industry knowledge.
Proven experience working with international aviation regulators (e.g. ICAO, CAA, EASA).
Experience working with government stakeholders and funding frameworks.
Background in airport screener standards, image analysis, and CBT is advantageous.
Experience selling training software or compliance solutions is a strong plus.
Security & Compliance Requirements
Ability to obtain a Criminal Record Check (CRC) and Counter Terrorism Check (CTC).

Ability to obtain UK SC level security clearance, including a 10-year background check.
