About the Role
French Selection (FS) is seeking a French‑speaking Personal Assistant to support the Operations Director in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. You will play a vital role in coordinating meetings, managing travel, and providing high‑level administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the Director’s diary, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and preparing briefing materials.
* Draft documents, manage communications, and coordinate internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* Coordinate meetings and events, handle agendas, minutes, and logistics.
* Conduct research and prepare reports, summaries, and presentations.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professionalism.
* Arrange and manage travel logistics, including bookings and itineraries.
* Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
* Support the wider leadership team with ad‑hoc tasks and project coordination as needed.
Candidate Profile
* Fluent in French at a business level.
* Experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and spoken.
* Highly organized with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
* Self‑motivated and flexible, able to work independently and adapt working hours when needed.
* Advanced IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office.
* Car owner required due to location.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: up to £37,500 per annum plus benefits.
Location & Schedule
Mansfield area, Nottinghamshire. Hybrid work: four days in the office and Fridays work from home.
Start Date
Position to commence on 5 January 2026.
