A leading architectural studio is seeking a Senior Architect to join its RIBA-chartered team in Cambridge. The practice is renowned for its innovative, design-led approach and landmark projects across commercial, residential and mixed-use sectors. Role:
* Lead the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion
* Manage project teams and coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors
* Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative studio culture
* Ensure design integrity and technical rigour across all stages
* Contribute to business development through design presentations and client engagement
* AutoCAD and Revit proficiency is beneficial
Experience for the role of Senior Architect:
* ARB registered
* Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
* Diverse portfolio with a range of projects showcased
* Proven track record in running projects through all RIBA stages
* Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
* Passionate about design, sustainability and architecture
