Overview
The ideal candidates will have experience of working with older properties. Main skills needed are: decorating, wall and ceiling plastering, plaster boarding, joinery carpentry, slate roofing, plumbing and brickwork.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labour tasks including loading and unloading materials.
* Assist in the rennovation of the property generally.
* Be able to problem solve and identify solutions using trade experience.
* Be able to specifiy materials and tools needed for any job allocated.
Requirements
- Have own PPE and all tools
- A valid driver's licence as the site is remote.
* A recognised apprenticeship and solid work references.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £135.00-£145.00 per day
