Key Responsibilities of the Third-Party Claims Handler role include:
1. Manage your own caseload of Claims, in accordance with company procedures
2. Settle Third Party Claims as economically and efficiently as possible
3. Adhering to your personal authority limits and referring for authorisation above that, if required
4. Ensure Customers are kept up to date with the progression of their claim
5. Determine and maintain up to date and accurate database of all claimants' details
To be successful in the Third-Party Claims Handler role you will need to demonstrate:
6. Existing experience within a Motor Claims background
7. Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
8. Methodical and accurate approach to work
9. Strong attention to detail and natural problem-solving abilities
This is a hybrid role which will allow you the flexibility of working in the office and at home.
