The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a drive to provide an excellent customer experience. Focusing on building strong relationships while driving our customers through the Digital Transformation, you will act as a trusted advisor for our customers and build and present detailed technology roadmaps. These will be presented at face-to-face meetings as monthly and quarterly QBR's. You will act as a go-to person for our customers and assist them in a way that ensure we achieve a high NPS score.
