We're looking for a commercially driven Account Executive to take ownership of the full sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery to closing deals with high-value clients. As part of a dynamic sales team, you’ll play a key role in driving new business growth, converting qualified leads, and building strong relationships with decision-makers across finance, tech, and operations. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver tailored solutions that meet real-world challenges in the financial space. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a solid background in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or FinTech, who’s hungry to make an impact and grow with the company. Key Tasks: * Drive new business acquisition through outbound activity and strategic prospecting * Manage early-stage relationships until accounts are established * Reactivate and grow low or dormant accounts * Collaborate with the wider sales team to maximise territory performance * Ensure compliance and assist in follow-ups and task completion within your zone This role suits someone who is confident, self-motivated, and passionate about sales, with a proven ability to build rapport and deliver results in a B2B environment. Candidate specification * Sales driven and a high level of motivation to succeed. * Excellent communication skills. * Desire to build strong relationships with customers. * Demonstrate a positive and consistent approach to all potential clients and colleagues. * Business Development/Sales Experience. * Committed to achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets * Have a proven track record of B2B sales
