Role Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of site appraisals, planning reports and feasibility studies.
2. Site visits and client meetings across the southern regions advising on planning.
3. Preparation, submission, and management of planning applications.
4. Engaging in sales, preparing proposals, and formal quotations.
Candidate Requirements:
5. Demonstratable previous experience and commercial acumen.
6. RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or related field of study.
7. MRTPI or working towards chartership.
8. Detailed understanding of application of Planning Law and permitted development.
