Your Role as Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will:
* Report directly to the Regional Manager
* Manage multiple client relationships across various sites
* Take full ownership and accountability from the pre-construction phase through to successful project delivery
Your Profile
We are looking for candidates who:
* Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Have a strong track record of leading teams and delivering projects successfully
* Possess a solid understanding of contract forms such as NEC and Construction Management
* Exhibit strong business acumen in project planning and management
* Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
* Have experience managing externals and landscaping on large projects (desirable)
