Join Our New User Research Team!
We are expanding our UX research and service design team to establish a leading research practice across Admiral. As a Senior Service Designer passionate about service design, you will play a key role in shaping this initiative.
Responsibilities:
* Enhance Research Practice: Establish and promote a top-tier UX research practice, advocating its value across departments, developing research frameworks, and leading impactful research initiatives.
* UX Research & Service Design: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs, plan and lead research projects, and integrate data to develop insights.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to ensure a user-centered approach, map user experiences, and translate research into actionable insights.
Desirable Qualifications:
Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Human-Centred Design, HCI, Psychology, or Social/Digital Anthropology preferred. Relevant professional experience may be considered.
Experience & Skills:
* Extensive experience in service design and UX, leading complex digital initiatives.
* Ability to shape strategic service design for large-scale platforms.
* Knowledge of digital regulatory landscape.
* Proven facilitation skills for co-design workshops and stakeholder engagement.
* Strong systems thinking and communication skills.
* Experience in human-centered research and translating insights into service improvements.
