We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper (Bank) to deliver a high-quality cleaning and laundry service within our care home. The role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for residents, staff, and visitors at all times. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring that services meet the highest standards of cleanliness, infection control, and resident satisfaction. This includes working with a team of Housekeepers, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and in line with the Foundation’s policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. The Housekeeper( Bank ) will also play a key role in creating and maintaining a positive team culture that reflects the values of the care home, supporting a collaborative, respectful, and resident-focused working environment.
