About You
We are looking for a Property Operations Planner responsible for project planning, coordination, and administration of property management across McCarthy Stone developments. This includes planned works, landlord compliance checks, defect and repairs resolution, and coordinating surveys and inspections.
The Property Operations Planner plays a critical role in safety management, maintenance, and refurbishment of developments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Plan and schedule defect and repair works using Fixflo within SLA timescales.
* Ensure maintenance and compliance activities are completed within SLA timescales.
* Allocate work to in-house facilities teams, subcontractors, or marketplace contractors.
* Ensure tasks are efficiently allocated to reduce visits, rework, or disruption.
* Keep systems updated with progress and records on works.
* Triages issues correctly and bills to the appropriate team.
* Obtain feedback on subcontractor performance and quality.
* Plan and coordinate Planned Works through the Section 20 process, ensuring successful delivery.
* Coordinate Dispensation requests for urgent asset repairs above Section 20 thresholds.
* Maintain landlord compliance activity and attend to non-compliant assets promptly.
* Escalate and resolve property-related incidents and issues promptly.
* Respond to incoming queries within SLA, coordinating responses as needed.
* Handle payment administration, including purchase orders and invoice chasing.
You will have
* Experience in scheduling work in a service or customer-centric organization.
* Experience in planning property-related tasks (facilities, assets, defects, PPM).
* Desirable: experience in a matrix management structure.
* Strong administrative, organizational, and computer database skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize, and work under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
* Professional communication skills.
* Desirable: commercial acumen.
