Job Title: CNC Operator
Location:Wickford
Job Type: Contract - 3 months - likely extension
Pay: £16.50£20.00 per hour (PAYE), £22-£26 per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: MondayFriday, 6:00am2:15pm
We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join a manufacturing team in Wickford.
Key Duties of the CNC Operator
* Operating CNC machines
* Working from engineering drawings
* Preparing tools and checking materials
* Deburring components and completing job sheets
* Daily machine checks and basic maintenance
* Keeping the work area clean and safe
* Following company quality and health & safety procedures
Requirements of the CNC Operator
* CNC experience (Fanuc/Siemens/Heidenhain)
* Good knowledge of tools, machinery and materials
* Able to work to deadlines
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Own tools required
Desirable
* Experience in automation, automotive, aerospace, pneumatics, inspection, or similar environments
