Key Responsibilities Providing full secretarial support to fee earners, including audio and copy typing.Preparing and formatting legal correspondence and documentation.Managing diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules.Handling client calls and emails with professionalism.Maintaining accurate client files and case management records.Supporting post-completion tasks such as SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications (depending on department).General administrative duties including scanning, filing, managing post, and organising meeting rooms. What We're Looking For At least 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary (any area of law considered, property experience beneficial).Fast and accurate typing skills, ideally with experience using digital dictation systems.Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.A friendly, professional attitude and strong client-care skills.Competence with Microsoft Office and case management systems.
