Eden Scott Accountancy & Finance is delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation in Glasgow to recruit an Interim Finance Manager on a 3-month contract.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead the finance function, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, cashflow management and team leadership. This is a hands‑on role requiring someone who can drive performance, ensure strong financial controls and provide clear insight to senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the finance team
* Deliver management accounts, budgets and forecasts
* Oversee cashflow, treasury and month-end processes
* Ensure compliance with VAT, statutory reporting and governance requirements
* Support strategic planning and financial modelling
* Provide financial insight to senior leadership and board
What we’re looking for:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ICAS, CIPFA)
* Proven experience in a senior finance role
* Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
* Experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders
* Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on
* Experience in a regulated or not-for-profit environment desirable
