Senior CAD Designer (Stone Industry) Salary: £35k to 45k DOE Location: Luton area (Office-based, with potential hybrid flexibility) Start Date: As agreed Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 17:00 About the Role of Senior CAD Designer Our client is seeking a talented Senior CAD Designer to join their specialist team within the stone and marble industry. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-end projects, working on bespoke stone and marble fit-outs where precision and creativity are key. This role is suited to an experienced CAD professional with excellent technical knowledge and a passion for design detail, looking to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities of the Senior CAD Designer; * Produce accurate and detailed CAD drawings for stone, marble, and bespoke fit-out projects * Collaborate with designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure drawings meet client specifications and project deadlines * Interpret and adapt architectural and design plans for internal works and stone applications * Maintain organised drawing files, ensuring version control and tracking of revisions * Support the production and installation process by problem-solving design and technical challenges * Attend design meetings Requirements * Proven experience as a CAD Designer/Technician (experience within the stone, marble, or natural materials sector highly desirable) * Strong knowledge of bespoke fit-out projects involving stone and marble * Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of additional CAD software is advantageous) * Understanding of stone fabrication processes and installation requirements * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in drawings * Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team How to Apply for this Senior CAD position If you are an experienced CAD Designer with a passion for stone and marble design, please submit your CV for immediate consideration.
