Senior Support Worker
We are looking for a Senior Support Worker looking for a New Challenge or Direction for our service in Leyland

What you’ll be doing:
9. Assist in the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance and knowledge with all regulatory requirements
10. Conduct regular staff supervisions and training sessions to promote professional development within the service.
11. Support the staff team to maintain a high level of care that is required for the needs of the People We Support and for the service.
12. Liaise with external agencies, families, and other MDT to ensure cohesive care planning and delivery.
13. Support the Registered Manager with the rota system, incorporating 1-2-1 hours for the People We Support
14. Have good knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance.
Who you are:
15. Must have a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role within health and social care
16. Have a minimum of NVQ level 3 and be willing to work towards NVQ Level 5 in Leadership.
17. You will be trustworthy, reliable, and have the ability to communicate effectively.
18. You will have a positive outlook, recognising and respecting differences and encouraging growth.
19. You will embrace continuous improvement, sharing best practices with an open mind to learning.
