We are seeking a talented
Debt Recovery Performance Insights Analyst
to join our collaborative Data & Analytics community. In this role, the successful candidate will be pivotal in driving the performance of our clients' portfolios, focusing on delivering superior collections, recoveries, and customer outcomes. This position involves working closely with a range of internal stakeholders and external clients to develop and deliver data-driven initiatives that enhance our recovery capabilities and shape industry best practices.
What You Will Do
As a Performance Insights Analyst, you will be at the heart of our mission to leverage data for better results. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Analytical Insights: Design and deliver compelling analytical insights to a diverse audience of internal stakeholders and external clients.
* Capability Enhancement: Identify and act on opportunities to enhance our recoveries capabilities through data-driven decision-making across both public and private sector clients.
* Customer Outcomes: Proactively monitor and improve customer outcomes through sophisticated data management and analysis.
* Process Improvement: Shape and implement new standards and processes that will empower and streamline recoveries performance management.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with and provide expert support to team members, internal colleagues, and external clients on all matters related to recoveries performance.

What Could Set You Apart
While not essential, the following qualifications and experiences would be highly advantageous:
* A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a numerical subject such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
* Previous experience in designing, delivering, and continuously improving collections and recovery strategies .
