HGV Class 2 Driver – Golborne, Greater Manchester
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Golborne, Greater Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver offering great rates of pay and genuine opportunities to grow and progress within a leading transport operation.
Shifts
• Monday to Friday• 06:00 starts
Rates of Pay
• £16.00 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Driving Category C vehicles safely and efficiently• Completing 6–10 drops per day across the North West• Handball and unloading as required• Providing excellent customer service at every delivery point• Reporting any delivery issues or customer concerns promptly to management
Essential Skills
To be successful as an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will need:
• Minimum of 2 years’ Class 2 driving experience• Valid UK Category C driving licence• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card• No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no DR10, DG10, IN10 or TT99 codes)• Strong communication and customer service skills• Reliable and professional approach to work
Desirable Experience
• Previous experience completing Class 2 deliveries
Training Provided
• First-day site assessment• Full industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
