We are seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to join our team in Culcheth. This is a permanent part-time role, working 23 hours per week over 7 days. The salary is £15,354.05 pro rata. The role involves supporting the Shop Manager in driving sales, managing staff and volunteers, and delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in daily shop operations and sales growth
2. Leading in the absence of the Shop Manager
3. Building community support and outreach
4. Ensuring high standards of customer service and team leadership
