About the role
This role is for 38 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days including weekends.
This position places you at the forefront of our Business Centre in a fast-paced, challenging environment, providing direct influence over customer service. You will manage a team of over 40 colleagues and serve as Duty Manager periodically.
This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in Food Wholesaling within a successful team.
Responsibilities
* Ensure team compliance with legal standards and company procedures.
* Train your team in cash handling to minimize losses.
* Control debt and recover overdue or failed payments.
* Maintain accurate payroll records.
* Engage with customers to resolve issues and improve service based on feedback.
* Coordinate with other supervisors on delivery orders.
* Manage a customer-focused team in reception and checkout areas.
Requirements

* Strong communication skills with experience in supervising or managing a team.
