Our 12-bed mixed service is designed to help individuals transition from acute mental health wards back into the community. Together, we can make a real impact!
Your Role as Team Leader
As a Team Leader, you will:
* Support the development of our service, providing line management to your team.
* Ensure we meet and exceed outcomes and quality requirements that promote independence, self-management, and resilience for those we support.
* Manage referrals and coordinate bed vacancies with our funders, Nottinghamshire NHS Foundation Trust.
We’re looking for someone with a background in coordinating services for vulnerable individuals. Experience in service planning and meeting contractual requirements is a plus!
You’ll need to be flexible, working some nights, weekends, and shifts, and be part of an on-call rota. You will also manage a team of up to 12 Recovery Workers, Transition Navigators, and Peer Support Workers.
Are You the Right Fit?
We’re searching for candidates who:
* Understand the challenges faced by individuals with mental health difficulties and complex needs.
* Have experience supervising a team and achieving both individual and team objectives.
* Can work in a recovery-oriented, person-centered, and non-judgmental manner.
* Have a proven track record in managing incidents of verbal and physical aggression.
* Are prepared to be on call for multiple services and work 80% on a rota basis.
