We are looking for a Senior Brand Engagement Manager EMEA to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the Clorox Co. brands across the purchase funnel, evolve consumer engagement, brand loyalty through innovative communication strategies, both in media and creative campaigns. This role will report directly to the AMEA Marketing Director while providing service to local marketing teams (Europe, MENA and ANZ). In this role, you will: - Responsible for accelerating good growth along with strategic communications planning and execution: Leading the development, and implementation of Brand Engagement strategies (media and content) to meet business objectives. - Media Strategy - Planning, Buying and Execution: Support regional marketing teams in brand engagement planning vision. Develop media buying principles for the organization across all brands and channels. - Ownership of media agency relationship: setting objectives, aligning targets and working to build Brand Engagement plans; including TV, programmatic DSP, influencer campaigns, native advertising, social media (e.g. Facebook/IG/Pinterest and Google/YouTube.), SEM, etc. - Digital Communication and Social Media Management: Utilize digital communication tools and social media platforms to engage with the audience, manage online presence, and drive brand awareness. - Oversees content creation: Leads content creation for Europe, MENA and ANZ working closely with local Brand Engagement teams as well as brand teams. - Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of brand engagement activities, offering insights and recommendations for improvement. - Crisis Management and Communication: Handle crisis communications by monitoring online conversations, responding promptly to negative feedback, and working with relevant agency and teams to mitigate reputational damage. - Advertising Budget control: Keeps track of spend in line with financial commitments. What we look for: Years and Type of Experience Required: - 7 years of experience in Brand Engagement development and 4 years with Tier 1 media or creative agency. - A highly capable talent, with a proven track record of good consumer understanding, brand engagement strategy development and brand equity management within a leading consumer goods organisation. - Multiregional experience required. - Flexible to work across different time-zones. - Preferred experience on both, client and agency side. - Versed on omnichannel media, specially digital marketing. - Experienced in successfully developing and motivating a high performance team. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
