Powerforce, an award-winning field marketing company, is on the lookout for enthusiastic and organized individuals to join our team. We work with top brands in food, retail, and health, delivering top-notch merchandising, sampling, selling, auditing, and more!
Pay - varies depending on requirements, from £14.00/hr (includes holiday pay). Mileage - 28p/mile up to 10 miles plus parking/tolls. Worker contract - You’ll be registered as a “Worker” with flexibility to choose days/hours. Location - St Austell.
In this role, you'll be out and about in stores across your area, ensuring eye‑catching product displays and merchandising are at their best. You’ll be the face of some of the UK’s leading brands, helping to boost sales and create memorable customer experiences. Merchandising will be your key skill, making sure products look great and are easy for customers to find. Other skills include selling, sampling, auditing or mystery shopping.
What We’re Looking For
* Merchandising Skills – eye for detail and ability to create eye-catching product displays
* Reliability, organisation and enthusiasm – reliable, highly organised, and enthusiastic
* Friendly & Approachable – you’ll interact with customers and store staff
* Experience – retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
