Overview
Vertu Honda Newcastle is hiring a Sales Advisor. This role comes with a competitive basic salary of £28,000, on-target earnings of £34,000, with the ability to earn well above this level, and no previous experience is required. Full training and a comprehensive onboarding program are provided to help you succeed and maximise your earnings from day one.
Role progression
After 6 months you can transfer to become a Sales Executive, should you wish to, taking your on-target earnings to £45,000+ plus a Company Car.
Working pattern
You will work a 40-hour week, five 8-hour shifts per week, and you will be in most Saturdays (our busiest sales day). You will have a guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays so you can relax on this day every week without fail.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll support customers through their entire car-buying journey: arranging test drives, helping customers select the right finance, or guiding them through accessories, ensuring every customer has a fantastic experience. Our team engage with customers online, in-store, on the phone or by video, nationally as well as locally, therefore strong communication skills and being confident using technology are essential.
Requirements
All we need from you is a full driving licence (manual and automatic) and an ability to demonstrate that you can provide great customer service. If you have worked within retail, hospitality, or any customer service or sales-led field we want to hear from you!
