Twiss Green Community Primary School is a warm and welcoming primary school dedicated to providing a safe and happy environment for our children to learn and grow. We are looking for a reliable and friendly Midday Assistant to join our supportive team.
The role
As a Midday Assistant, you will play a vital role in supervising children during lunch breaks, ensuring their safety, well-being, and good behaviour. Your contribution helps create a positive lunchtime experience for our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising children in the dining hall and playground during lunch breaks
* Encouraging positive behaviour and ensuring safety at all times
* Assisting children with any needs during lunchtime
* Supporting staff with maintaining a clean and orderly environment
We are looking for someone who:
* Enjoys working with children and has a caring nature
* Is patient, reliable, and approachable
* Can work well as part of a team
* Has good communication skills
* Is willing to undertake any necessary training
Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from enthusiastic individuals keen to support children's wellbeing.
