We’re looking for culinary talent to join our award‑winning team. Whether you are a seasoned Head Chef or an aspiring Commis, your journey starts here. We are also seeking Kitchen Porters and Kitchen Assistants.

What We’re Looking For
* Versatility: Experience in high‑volume catering or multi‑site operations.
* Standards: A solid grasp of Food Safety (Level 3 preferred), HACCP, and COSHH. We invest in training for lower levels.

* Logistics: Easy access to site; a full clean UK driving license and ability to work weekends/evenings.

What To Bring

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Multi‑site experience, or experience supervising different styles of operation from high‑volume hospitality catering to private dining restaurants.
* Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, organised and efficient.
* Pride and excellent attention to detail in your work.
* Distinctive, professional and warm personality.
* Full clean UK driving license.
* Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate.
* Working knowledge of HACCP and COSHH.
* Demonstrate a flexible approach to work, including weekends and evenings.
* Demonstrate good understanding of industry knowledge.
