What you’ll be doing:
* Managing your own caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, and private children work
* Advising clients with empathy and clarity through sensitive and often complex situations
* Handling matters from initial instruction through to resolution, including negotiation and representation where required
* Drafting legal documents and agreements with precision and care
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practice
* Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and professional contacts
* Supporting business development and contributing to the team’s continued growth
* Collaborating with colleagues within a supportive and high-performing environment
About you:
* Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2+ years’ PQE in family law
* Strong experience across a range of family matters
* Confident managing your own caseload independently
* Excellent client care skills with a compassionate and professional approach
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* A proactive and collaborative mindset
* A genuine interest in building a long-term career in family law
