We are looking for a Billings Administrator to join our Finance team. You will provide friendly service support to all internal and external partners across Inizio Engage. You will support the accurate production of client invoices and resolution of queries. You will will maintain relationships within the business to support colleagues with the financial aspect of job delivery. You will review high volumes of documentation related to client billings and ensuring we have the necessary documentation to raise billings. We support hybrid work, however we are looking for candidates in and around the Manchester area. You will report into the Head of Client Billings What will you do Working with the Billings team, Commercial Finance and Project Leads to resolve billings queries Ensure all client delivery confirmations are in place before issuing final invoices and all documentation is stored correctly Set up new clients together with the Master Data Team Work with Commercial Finance and Project Leads to review new projects to ensure correct setup Work with the team to provide training for new project leads Liaise directly with project leads to answer their queries by email, teams and telephone Aim to ensure our processes are as efficient as possible and always try to improve areas Manage and work within multiple shared mailboxes ensuring all emails are categorised and responded to.
