We are looking for an inspiring and dynamic Teacher of English to join a vibrant and forward-thinking secondary school in Stratford at the end of February.
This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact in a well-supported department with engaged students and strong leadership.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
1. Teach English across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)
2. Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire a love of reading, writing, and language
3. Support students of all abilities to make strong progress
4. Work collaboratively within a supportive English department
5. Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
We’re Looking For Someone Who
6. Holds QTS (or equivalent)
7. Has strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for English
8. Can start end of February
9. Has a DBS on the update service or is ready to complete one immediately
10. Can provide references quickly
11. Is enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running
