Our clients who operate this premium 4 star hotel with 2 restaurants, holding rosettes & Michelin recognition, are recruiting an assistant F&B manager to assist with the day to day running of the multi rosette fine dining restaurant, banqueting & events within the hotel.
As Assistant F & B manager you will:
-Experience working in a 2+ AA Rosette standard fine dining restaurant -Understanding of Wines, although training courses will be given - Have a friendly yet professional persona
- Be a strong team player, being able to enthuse those around you
- Be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team
- Assisting in the staff management and training along with ordering and stock control.
- Have the ability to self-manage and the ability to adapt and improvise to changing situations.
