Your newpanyYou will be joining a leading organisation within the Water Delivery team, supporting the Waste Management & Recycling (WMR) function. This is a key role providing administrative and organisational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Your new roleAs an Administrator, you will work closely with the Key Customer Coordinator and the wider team to provide essential support.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Monitoring shared mailboxes and responding to queries within agreed service levels
2. Accurately inputting, updating and maintaining data across systems
3. Daily review and reconciliation of electronic records (, booking drivers/vehicles, preparing data for invoicing)
4. Verifying and correcting data forpliance andpleteness
5. Preparing and filing documentation (electronic and hard copy), including drivers’ paperwork and water sample certificates
6. Raising purchase orders and assisting with scheduling
7. Resolving stakeholder and haulier queries promptly
8. Supporting colleagues during periods of sickness or holiday – flexibility is key
This is a varied role where you’ll be expected to “pitch in” and help wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
