Key Responsibilities:
* Lead QA and QC teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
* Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS)
* Host and manage internal/external audits and regulatory inspections
* Oversee CAPA, deviations, change control, and complaint handling
* Collaborate cross-functionally to embed quality across operations
* Support product release, documentation control, and training programs
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical quality management
* Strong knowledge of GMP, GxP, and regulatory compliance
* Leadership in audits, supplier qualification, and data integrity
* Excellent communication and mentoring skills
