* Collaborate with instructors and brand partners to elevate the experience.
* Support the presentation and ambience of Wellness & Spa reception to reflect our boutique positioning.
* Oversee and optimise spa and membership technology including; booking engines, property management integration and client databases ensuring a seamless reservations process.

* Oversee all wellness & spa operations while implementing improvements to systems, flow and efficiency.
* Ensure consistency, integrity and excellence in delivery throughout all wellness touchpoints, to ensure guest journey delivers from arrival to departure.
* Integrate luxury wellness trends, evidence-based practices, and guest insight into offerings.
* Proactively report maintenance, safety or equipment matters to protect both guest experience and operational excellence.
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Finance to ensure seamless operations.

What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience managing luxury spa and wellness operations.
* Visionary, creative, and commercially savvy, with a strong business mindset.
* Passionate about guest wellbeing, delivering transformative and memorable experiences.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
* Level 3 qualified Spa Therapist (beneficial).
* Pool plant room and lifeguarding qualifications are beneficial but not essential; full training can be provided for the right candidate.
