We are supporting an international MedTech business in the search for a Sales & Marketing Admin Assistant to join their UK team in Wetherby.
This is a varied, office-based role that would suit someone organised, reliable and comfortable managing a broad mix of administrative and coordination tasks in a small team environment.
You will support day-to-day office activity across customer service, sales administration, coordination and general business support. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes being hands-on, and wants a role where they can take real ownership rather than sit in a narrow admin position.
Key responsibilities:
* Supporting day-to-day office administration
* Assisting with customer service and handling incoming queries
* Providing sales administration support to the wider team
* Coordinating internal processes and helping keep the office running smoothly
* Supporting order processing, documentation and general operational tasks
* Assisting with ad hoc coordination across the UK team and international colleagues
* Helping with wider administrative tasks linked to marketing activity, events and general team support
What they are looking for:
* Previous experience in administration, office support, customer service or sales support
* Someone organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable managing their own workload and working independently
* Able to work in a small office environment
* Good communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach
* Confident using standard office systems and Microsoft Office
* Any experience in sales administration, customer support, order processing or office coordination would be helpful

* Salary is around £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
* Full-time role at 37 hours per week
