Client Services Coordinator
Responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing current assignments, and delivering excellent service to establish lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of clients and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders to increase impact.
* Support the Client Services Director in shaping account strategies that represent value for clients and support growth.
* Handle day‑to‑day client and team needs, including clear and timely communications, onboarding and rotations.
* Maintain commercially successful accounts with support from the Client Services Director.
* Build and source a team for the client, coordinating scheduling meetings and keeping schedules up to date.
* Act as a trusted point of contact for the client and delivery team.

* Natural self‑starter, Motivated by executing tasks efficiently.
* Deep commitment to producing high‑quality work that delivers value.
* Highly organized and comfortable managing large volumes of work.
* Adaptable, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
* Clear communicator, quick to build trust with clients and teammates.
