LifeScan is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Engineer to help keep their manufacturing plant and facilities running safely, efficiently and reliably. This is a hands on engineering role, supporting manufacturing equipment by day and facilities plant during night shift cover. Shift Pattern 12-hour shifts (7am - 7pm) & (7pm - 7am) working 4 on 4 off. Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience is essential, as well as good working knowledge of pneumatic systems and PLC controlled equipment and an ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.Experience in performing planned and unplanned maintenance and a background working in a regulated manufacturing environment. Competitive hourly pay £25.00 per hour plus holiday accrual, weekly pay through PAYE and an opportunity to gain exposure to both manufacturing and facilities engineering.
