We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our partnered SEN School in Ipswich.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children and young people with a range of special educational needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and emotional or behavioural difficulties. You will work closely with our teaching staff to deliver personalised learning experiences that enable each student to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing 1:1 support or working with small groups of students
* Assisting in the development and implementation of individual learning plans
* Supporting students with their personal care, communication, and mobility needs
* Promoting a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
* Helping students develop their independence, self-esteem, and social skills
What We're Looking For:
* A caring and patient approach, with a passion for supporting children with SEN
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
* Experience in an educational or care setting (desirable but not essential)
* Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive attitude
