Assisting with administrative duties under the direction of the Admin Manager and senior administrative staff within the team requirements is also part of the role.
The post-holder will undertake relevant duties from time to time as requested by management, which are consistent with the general character of the post and appropriate to the level of responsibility.
The role involves providing efficient and effective administrative and clerical support across all areas of Infrastructure and Operational Services as required.
Providing a frontline service to clients, staff, external agencies, and members of the public face-to-face, via telephone, and electronically is also essential.
Main duties of the job
* Supporting administrative teams with routine duties such as photocopying, scanning, and word processing.
* Handling routine documentation processing, including data entry of invoices, according to set guidelines.
* Performing accurate and well-presented word processing and data input on electronic systems.
* Maintaining up-to-date and accurate filing systems, both manual and electronic.
* Dealing with enquiries from the public and staff efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
* Maintaining positive working relationships with all staff, partner agencies, and visitors.
* Adhering to health and safety procedures and taking necessary actions.
* Maintaining confidentiality and complying with Data Protection Act and health records access procedures.

* Educated to GCSE level grade A to C or equivalent including Mathematics and English Language.
* OCR/RSA II Typing or Word Processing qualification or equivalent, or demonstrable competency.
