Permanent Role
Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Glasgow to hire a Finance Administrator on a permanent basis.
The role involves raising purchase orders, processing invoices for payment and CREDIT CONTROL*
Duties include:
* Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
* B2B Credit Control
* 30/60/90 day debt reduction
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
* Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
* Support the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
* Provide administrative support to the finance department as required.
* Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial matters.
* Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and systems.
Interviews will be held next week.
