Role Overview
We seek a dynamic Senior Global Sales Director to lead multiple market launches across Europe and beyond. You will build and develop a high-performing sales team, craft effective lead conversion strategies, and drive customer acquisition. You must thrive in fast-paced, international environments and be eager to shape our sales future.
A strong B2C approach is essential, engaging directly with individual learners and professionals to meet their needs and grow enrollment.
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a repeatable sales playbook to streamline execution and market solutions effectively.
2. Recruit, onboard, train, and manage the sales team, focusing on inside sales, while overseeing customer base and channels.
3. Manage the full sales team lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, goal setting, coaching, and performance development.
4. Conduct daily performance reviews, analyze progress, opportunities, and team activities to maintain strong sales pipelines.
5. Set and monitor individual and team goals; report on performance and optimize results.
6. Enforce CRM use, sales processes, and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
7. Use data for reporting and forecasting to inform decisions.
8. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with company objectives.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support top-of-funnel acquisition efforts.
10. Support in-house teams to strengthen the sales pipeline.
11. Lead outbound campaigns with a customer-first approach targeting investors, industry leaders, and private firms.
12. Ensure timely billing and collections from customers.
Requirements
1. 5+ years of relevant experience in industry and consulting.
2. Fluency in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
3. Strong B2C sales experience.
4. Passion for Digital Industries and understanding of how digital solutions enhance performance.
5. Excellent communication skills—oral, written, and presentation.
6. Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of achieving ambitious goals in fast-paced, innovative settings.
7. Proven leadership and team development skills.
8. Experience in high-volume customer-facing roles.
9. Lead generation experience is a plus.
10. Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
11. Proficiency in process-driven selling, identifying and addressing skill gaps through targeted training.
12. Skilled in performance coaching, understanding coaching vs. feedback.
13. Expertise with CRM systems and KPI dashboards for team management.
14. Strong networking skills, capable of influencing senior and C-suite contacts.
15. Ability to manage performance through hands-on involvement.
