Role
* This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious senior lawyer to join a growing team with experience in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
* Advising on a wide range of employment issues ranging from maternity rights to general contractual issues
* Drafting and reviewing employment policies ranging from performance, sickness and misconduct procedures to maternity and parental leave schemes
You
* 8+ years PQE with experience across a broad range of employment matters
* Strong existing connections and the ability and desire to build and develop a team
* Entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, ambitious and actively involved in business development activities
