The Role
As the Building Specialist Coordinator, your role will include:
Support day-to-day operations by efficiently managing Help Desk calls and inputting data into client and internal systems.
Coordinate schedules for multiple engineers, ensuring timely completion of reactive, PPM, and quoted works.
Raise reactive call outs and monitor the shared mailbox for necessary actions.
Assist with billing processes by invoicing reactive and quoted tasks upon completion.
Generate monthly reports and provide meeting minutes to ensure clear communication with clients.
