The Role
:As the Mechanical Operations Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of mechanical systems for both project-based work and ongoing facilities management contracts. You'll ensure compliance with industry standards, and deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee mechanical operations, including HVAC, plumbing, and other critical systems, for projects and FM contracts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all activities.
* Develop and implement maintenance schedules and project plans to optimize system performance and meet client deadlines.
* Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored solutions for both project delivery and ongoing FM services.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and provide detailed reports on project and operational progress.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in mechanical operations, facilities management, or project management, with expertise in HVAC, plumbing, or related systems.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of delivering successful projects and FM services.
* In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance practices, and industry regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
* Exceptional communication and client relationship skills to build trust and deliver results.
* Experience with budgeting, cost control, and project management in a mechanical or FM context.
