Location: South Nottingham and Leicester
Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
This is a field-based role with opportunities for HQ visits and offsite meetings.
Salary: Up to £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus of 10%!

Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive new retail distribution points by promoting our client’s products within the Independent Retail Sector (Convenience, CTN, Grocery, etc.). If you have a proven track record in field sales, we want to hear from you!
Our client is a well-known household brand, supplying major supermarkets, high streets, garden centers, and retailers, along with a robust e-commerce presence. Their high-quality products and attractive displays are perfect for the independent market, and they offer ongoing support to retailers through an engaging marketing strategy.
Your Responsibilities
* Achieve sales and distribution targets across various accounts.
* Build strong customer relationships and identify new distribution opportunities.
* Adopt an entrepreneurial approach to uncover key accounts.
* Maximize brand presence within your territory.
* Complete daily calls as per your territory plan.
* Foster a high-performing mentality to meet KPIs.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and keep your Line Manager informed.
* Proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
* Maintain expert knowledge of the client’s business and products.
* Provide quality feedback to drive business growth.
* Complete administrative tasks to a high standard.
* Understand the retail landscape for competitive advantage.
* Utilize the Smiths News delivery network to ensure ongoing product orders.
