£3000 WELCOME BONUS Main Purpose: Provide specialist Speech and Language Therapy (SaLT) input to adults with acquired brain injury (ABI) within Bio-Psycho-Social rehabilitation model. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support communication and swallowing needs, enhance quality of life, and promote recovery. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver comprehensive SaLT assessments and evidence-based interventions for communication and swallowing (dysphagia) needs. * Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation and management plans. * Provide training and guidance to staff, families, and communication partners. * Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and contribute to service development. * Liaise effectively with internal and external professionals and family members.
